Miss Jaime Kilby: From Tennessee to Roatan – Achieving Her PADI Instructor Dream
We are thrilled to announce and celebrate the achievements of Miss Jaime Kilby, a dedicated diving enthusiast from Tennessee, who has recently completed her PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) at TopSub Dive School / Dive Academy Roatan. With the expert guidance of PADI Course Director Vasco Ferreira dos Santos and the support of the entire TopSub team, Jaime successfully passed her PADI Instructor Examination (IE) under the evaluation of PADI Examiner Claudio Brandileone.
Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Growth
Jaime began her IDC journey with a particular challenge in Dive Theory, especially Physics. However, through perseverance, dedication, and hard work, she made remarkable progress over the intensive two-week course. Her determination paid off spectacularly, as she scored 5.0 in most of her IE presentations, including classroom, confined water, and open water sessions. Jaime's transformation is a testament to the rigorous and supportive training provided by TopSub Academy Roatan.
A Collaborative and Supportive Environment
During Jaime's IDC, the TopSub team also had the pleasure of training a new PADI IDC Staff Instructor, JC from Alberta, Canada. JC's involvement added a layer of fun and support, making the learning experience even more enriching for Jaime. His presence not only contributed to the overall positive atmosphere but also highlighted the collaborative spirit that defines our training programs.
